Competition Terms and Conditions

WHO CAN ENTER?

• Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and older only.

HOW TO ENTER

• To enter the giveaway entrants must enter their First Name and Email Address in to the specified fields in the the entry form at: https://sensuallysoaps.com.au/pages/competitions
• Sensually Soaps reserves the right to verify all entrants details and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
• Entrants acknowledge on entry to the competition they are choosing to ‘opt in’ for marketing communications via text message, phone and email from Sensually Soaps (The Promoter).

PRIZES

• One Sensually Soaps $50 Gift Voucher.

• Prize winners will be drawn randomly from the entry pool in the order of the giveaway prizes as listed. 
• The prize draw will take place at 3 The Lanes, Kirkham NSW, with winners notified by text message, phone or email within 3 business days of the prize draw.
• Unclaimed prizes within 7 days of the prize draw will be forfeited. A prize is deemed unclaimed if the prize winner does not provide an Australian Postal Address within 7 days from the prize draw.
• Prizes will be sent to prize winners within 14 days on receipt of an Australian postal address via Australia Post Parcel Post. 

HOW TO WIN

• The winners will be chosen in order as listed above randomly from the prize pool.
• The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.

NO LIABILITY

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or postpone the competition at any time without notice. 
• Sensually Soaps takes no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
• Sensually Soaps will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
